Why did you build Comms?

Modern workplace communication tools like Slack are just distraction machines. Most email tools create information silos and lack any real prioritization.We built Comms to be the tool we needed to support our company values: deep work, transparency and the ability to treat people like adults.In Comms, all messages have a priority hierarchy so you know what to process first. Messages are default shared within the organization and can be sorted into Groups, so you can find information quickly. Scheduled Delivery lets you free up deep-work time. Reminders ensure nothing falls through the cracks, keeping you on top of your tasks.Comms is for people—like us—fed up with the stress and inefficiency of workplace comms and are ready for a better way.

Can I use Comms with a non-Google Workspace account?

Comms is designed for teams, both small and large, to enhance collaboration and efficiency, making it an ideal tool for organizations rather than a single individual.Currently, we use Google Authentication, so only those with Google Workspace accounts are able to sign into Comms. However, we plan to build non-Google authentication in the future.

Is Comms available on all devices?

Yes, Comms is available on both mobile and desktop, and can be accessed via your web browser for seamless communication across all your devices. You can also find Comms on the App Store for iOS and macOS.

Will I be able to integrate my existing email provider?

Email integration is a feature we're actively working on implementing. However, it's not currently available. We're excited to bring this functionality to Comms in the near future.
